Searchforma is a software platform that offers real estate investors access to tools, data, models, and workflow automation for evaluating and analyzing investment opportunities in residential and commercial real estate. The Platform may include:

  • Scenario planning, forecasting, and return calculators (IRR, CoC, EM, ROI)
  • Third-party data integrations and API access
  • AI-driven valuation models and rent estimators
  • Portfolio tracking and reporting dashboards
  • Document storage, export, and sharing features

3. No Investment Advice, Offer, or Securities Activity

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Platform is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
  • The Company is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, or underwriter.
  • Nothing on the Platform constitutes an offer to buy, sell, solicit, or recommend any securities or financial instruments.
  • The Company does not facilitate transactions, custody, or execution of any investment.
  • Any projected returns or outcomes are illustrative and not guarantees.
  • The Platform is not a crowdfunding portal or investment marketplace.
  • You bear full responsibility for your investment decisions.
  • Platform outputs should not be construed as personalized investment advice.

4. User Eligibility and Registration
